On October 29, the 30,000-ton-per-year production project of high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride at Guizhou Wengfu Kaiphosphorus Fluorosilicon New Materials Co., Ltd., which was under the general contracting of China National Chemical Engineering Corporation Hualu, was successfully completed mechanically, and passed the joint inspection by the Science, Technology and Information Department of Guizhou Phosphorus Group, the Technical Industry Research Institute of Wengfu Group, and Wengfu Blue Sky Company. Zhang Hongying, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Wengfu Group as well as chairman of Wengfu Blue Sky, Tang Renheng, chairman of Guizhou Wengfu Kailin Fluorosilicon New Materials Co., Ltd., and Yao Youxing, deputy general manager of Hualu Company, attended the completion ceremony. This project is a key measure for Wengfu Group to implement its \"second entrepreneurship\" strategy and advance its \"3311\" development plan; it is also the eighth industrial-scale facility to utilize the fluorosilicic acid method for producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. Through systematic overall planning, process optimization, and improvement of product quality, the high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride produced by this project will fully meet the stringent requirements for raw material purity in high-end fields such as new energy and semiconductors, thereby facilitating Guizhou Phosphorus Chemical Group’s transformation from a traditional fluorine chemical industry to one focused on high-value, advanced new materials. Hualu Company has been engaged in the fields of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and fluorine-based chemicals for over 40 years, accumulating a solid technical foundation as well as extensive practical experience in engineering projects. During the project construction process, the project team made full use of its technical expertise, adhering to the principles of \"optimization and innovation\" throughout the design and construction phases. It continued to work on improving the technology used for producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride from fluorosilicic acid, as well as innovating in project management, thereby helping the client create a high-quality model project that features advanced technology, lower energy consumption, and greater competitiveness. Next, the project team will continue to strengthen coordination with all participating units, providing comprehensive technical support and assurance for subsequent joint testing and trial operations, striving to ensure the early commissioning of the project and the achievement of early results. This will further solidify the long-term strategic partnership between Hualu Company and Guizhou Phosphorus Group, as they work together to create a new chapter in green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.
