Recently, the control room of the Blue Sea New Materials project site witnessed a milestone moment: a giant spherical steel grid structure weighing 174 tons and with a span of over 31 meters was smoothly lifted off its supports thanks to the precise coordination of 6 hydraulic lifting systems with a capacity of 100 tons each. It rose gradually until the lift was completed with high precision. Faced with this massive structure that is 55 meters long and weighs 174 tons, the project team employed a phased jacking process, carrying out 11 rounds of additional support installation and jacking in succession, at a rate of once per meter. The entire process took 14 hours, with unified instructions and synchronized actions, enabling millimeter-level displacement control and stable lifting with no disturbances throughout the process. This demonstrates our organization’s technical expertise and ability to work collaboratively in the field of lifting complex structures as a whole. Serving as the \"ceiling of the sky\" for the central control room, the precise installation of this spherical grid structure marked a significant breakthrough in the construction of the project’s main structure, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent interior decoration, installation of related equipment, and system integration. Serving as the \"neural center\" and \"intelligent brain\" of the entire project in the future, the control room will undertake key functions such as full-process automated control and production scheduling.
