At 11 a.m. on November 12, with the successful commissioning of the two 35kV main transformers, the primary power supply was successfully established at Substation No. 10 for the 320,000-ton-per-year butyl octanol and acrylate production project under Phase 3 of Guangxi Huayi New Materials Company. This marked the official operation of the project’s power supply system, providing a solid foundation for subsequent construction, installation, and testing activities. This is the largest chemical project introduced in Guangxi in recent years, with a total investment of 55 billion yuan for Hua Yi Phase III. The integrated project for methanol-to-olefins production and downstream processing in its first phase is advancing at an astonishing \"Qinzhou speed\"; it not only sets new records for the efficiency of clearing imported large-scale equipment but also carries the mission of establishing a \"green chemical industry hub in China-ASEAN\".
