In the early hours of January 23, with the last batch of concrete poured into the formwork and compacted thoroughly, the pouring of the raft foundation for the circulating water station facility in Xinjiang Xinye Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 60,000 tons per year polyoxymethylene production project was completed after 48 hours of non-stop work, thereby creating favorable conditions for the subsequent construction of the project’s main structure. The raft foundation of the circulating water station for this project comprises three main components: the clean water tank, the suction well, and the tower water tank. It requires high design standards and presents significant construction challenges. Faced with multiple challenges such as tight schedules and low winter temperatures, the project team promptly developed a specialized construction plan and organized the supply of materials and the deployment of personnel in an orderly manner. During the construction period, the workers overcame the effects of rainy and snowy weather by working in shifts day and night, and strictly controlled key processes such as steel bar binding, concrete vibration, and insulation curing. Ultimately, the project team successfully completed the construction tasks in accordance with the owner’s schedule requirements, demonstrating the \"ironclad army\" spirit of the people from Thirteenth Chemical Construction Company in overcoming difficulties.
