Recently, the kick-off meeting for the digital delivery and the first coordination meeting for the MTP process technology upgrade project of **Energy Group Ningxia Coal Industry Company were successfully held. The Coal-to-Oil Chemical Engineering Project Command, together with the Olefins Division 1 and the Information Technology Center, invited representatives from **Energy Group’s Digital Technology Company as well as relevant staff from Beijing Damesheng Software Co., Ltd. to attend this meeting, marking the official entry of this project into the phase of full implementation of digital delivery methods. Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the overall management of this digital delivery process. This meeting brought together resources from 7 design institutes and 25 suppliers, among others. Guided by the \"**Energy Group Smart Chemical Industry Planning and Construction Guidelines\" and the \"**Energy Group Digital Delivery Management Methods for Chemical Industry Project Construction\", participants conducted in-depth discussions on digital delivery standards, platform functions, and collaborative processes. They clarified roles and key milestones. By adopting a hierarchical management framework that involves participation at all levels, across all specialties, and involving all relevant elements, efforts were made to establish a solid foundation for \"gradual digital delivery\". Through the development of a 12-item data collaboration system covering design, procurement, construction, and documentation, the goal is to achieve simultaneous handover of digital models, virtual factories, and physical factories, thereby creating a digital infrastructure that spans the entire lifecycle from construction to operation and maintenance. Amid the trend of deep integration between \"artificial intelligence+\" and various industries, the command center aims to drive the transformation of these industries toward higher levels of sophistication, lower carbon emissions, and greater digitalization through investments in the order of tens of billions. By utilizing key technologies such as metadata, engineering objects, attribute data, and relational data, it breaks down data silos. Additionally, it incorporates specialized modules such as four-dimensional pipeline construction management, dynamic progress planning, and electronic documentation, thereby creating a digital management platform that enables multiple views on a single map, multiple controls on one screen, and a combination of static and dynamic functions. This practice not only responds to the **\"Digital Economy\" strategy, but also fills the gap in Ningxia Coal Industry’s practices regarding the gradual digital delivery of its ongoing chemical projects, thereby injecting new momentum into the company’s high-quality development. Ensure compliance with the requirements set out in the \"Guiding Principles for the Implementation of the ‘Six Modernizations’ in the Construction of Chemical Industry Projects within **Energy Group\"\", and move forward with determination through practical actions. Strive to build first-class digital engineering projects that excel in technology and management, aiming to establish within **Energy Group** a model for digital delivery in the management of coal chemical project clusters that can be replicated and applied elsewhere. The MTP process technology upgrade project of Ningxia Coal Industry is located on an area of approximately 67 hectares in the Development Zone A, to the north of Branch Company Yi Guai 1, within the coal chemical industry park of the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base. With a total investment of around 11.8 billion yuan, new MTO, olefin separation, butene-1, HDPE, LDPE, and EVA plants will be constructed, along with auxiliary facilities such as an 110kV substation, a circulating water system, and warehouses. The auxiliary facilities of the original plant’s syngas purification unit, such as the propylene compressor, tank farms, circulating water systems, and flares, were upgraded. China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for the overall design services of this project, with a bid amount of 19.55 million yuan! Hualu Company of China Chemical Engineering won the bid for the digital delivery management and services project for the MTP process technology upgrade project at Ningxia Coal Industry of the Energy Group.
