The pressure testing pipelines are made of P91 material, which is resistant to high temperatures and pressures. Among them, the pipelines 109-111-SS-904301 serve as the main pipelines; their design pressure is 13.1 MPa, while the test pressure reaches as high as 32.092 MPa, thus fully meeting the requirements for safety redundancy under ultra-high pressure conditions. Based on scientific sealing and pressure testing methods, the project team conducted a thorough inspection of the pipeline system without any overlooked areas, thereby preventing stress concentration and leakage risks that could arise from differences in material or size, and ensuring that the quality of the pipelines met the highest industry standards.
