Film contamination caused by untimely cleaning and incorrect cleaning methods: During use, in addition to the normal degradation of performance, untimely cleaning and incorrect cleaning methods are also important factors that lead to severe film contamination. 4. Incorrect dosing of chemicals: When using composite polyamide membranes, since these membranes have poor resistance to residual chlorine, disinfectants such as chlorine are not applied in the proper manner. Additionally, users do not pay enough attention to preventing microbial contamination, which can easily lead to microbial contamination. 5. Membrane surface wear: The membrane elements may become clogged by foreign substances or their surfaces may suffer wear (due to particles such as sand). In such cases, it is necessary to use detection methods to identify the damaged elements within the system, modify the pretreatment process, and replace the membrane elements.
