On December 15, the main structure of the PPA substation for Wengfu Chemical’s 300,000 tons per year wet-process phosphoric acid purification plant project, which was constructed through EPC general contracting by China Fifth Ring Engineering Co., Ltd. under China Chemical Engineering, was successfully completed. This milestone was achieved 15 days ahead of schedule, laying a foundation for the smooth progress of the project’s annual construction tasks. The PPA substation has a reinforced concrete frame structure, with an area of 733.36㎡. The total area of the buildings is 2933.44㎡, and the building height is 17.2m, consisting of 4 floors. Since the project began, the project team has focused on meeting deadlines and worked together efficiently. In the face of challenges such as a tight schedule and heavy workload, they have scientifically planned the construction process and optimized the technical solutions to ensure efficient and precise construction of the main structure. As a result, work was completed at an average rate of one floor per 7 days; from the erection of the scaffolding on the ground floor to the pouring of concrete to complete the structure, everything was finished within 35 days.
