Because steam purging is still required before starting up

Use steam to displace air; once steam is visible in all areas, it can be turned off after a few minutes, and then gas can be used to fill the space. If you are worried that prolonged purging of the small floating head with an aftercooler might cause problems, you can pass through the cross-connected line while removing air, and then simply go through the heat exchanger at the end.
