Is the normal order method or the inverted order method recommended?
A few years ago, construction companies would use the conventional method because they considered the jacking devices to be unreliable. After all, the weight of the tank roof, ceiling, and tank walls is nearly 1,000 tons. Involving inversion should be used in these years; it offers fast installation speeds, allows work at low heights, and is relatively safe.

The company holds first-level qualifications in the following areas: municipal engineering, petrochemical industry, mechanical and electrical installation, boilers, anti-corrosion and insulation work. It also has second-level qualifications in construction, fire protection, steel structures, and decoration. There are third-level qualifications in environmental protection, specialized mechanical and electrical contracting, general electrical contracting, and foundation work. The company also possesses labor-related qualifications as well as those for construction, installation, testing, and maintenance work. It is qualified to work on pressure pipelines of types GA1, GB1, GB2, GC1, and GD1. In addition, it has first-level qualifications in construction, and second-level qualifications in mechanical and electrical systems, municipal engineering, petrochemical industry, water resources management, road construction, road surface and subgrade work, curtain walls, environmental protection, steel structures, anti-corrosion measures, fire protection, and decoration. It also has third-level qualifications in mechanical and electrical systems for construction, general electrical contracting, formwork and scaffolding work, as well as labor-related qualifications
I’m not sure if the tank installation has already begun by the original poster; I’ve built a few double-wall tanks, and I have a few points to share; 1. In terms of tank capacity, both vertical and inverted installation are possible, with corresponding different construction sequences ; 2. Advantages of formal wear: It facilitates the use of automatic welding equipment; it is possible to work on both the inner and outer walls simultaneously, or to first work on the outer wall and then on the inner wall ; 3. Advantages of inverted construction: It helps to reduce work at heights, thereby minimizing the need for large lifting equipment and saving costs; construction on the tank top can be carried out first, resulting in less impact from weather conditions on subsequent work ; Also, there’s a special plan available :D:D
