Efforts were made to accelerate the shift from coal to gas, burning coal was prohibited; then there was a shortage of gas, leading to a sharp rise in natural gas prices, and finally burning coal was allowed again! Everything’s in chaos! Who are the people who make the policies?
Thirty years the river flows east, thirty years it flows west; now the situation reverses in just one year.
The result of formulating policies without proper consideration is that those who create these policies are usually office workers who don’t go out to conduct thorough research, so it’s not surprising that such problems arise
