Leak and collection systems for LNG receiving stations

Are there any clear standards or specifications that dictate which type of leakage collection system should be used in areas such as liquid collection tanks at LNG receiving stations? I discussed this matter with some designers a few days ago; they relied on experience from previous projects rather than following any specific standards or guidelines. Does anyone with relevant knowledge have anything to share? My abilities are limited, so I am reaching out to ask for advice from all of you. Thank you very much
