Regarding the issue of liquid phase present in the liquefied gas from the plant, the separation efficiency in the plant’s towers is poor, resulting in the liquefied gas containing components of C5 and higher. When sampling for analysis, a gas-liquid mixture is obtained. I would like to ask the experts how to accurately identify and quantify such mixed components?

Analysis can be carried out in accordance with the LPG standard SH/T0230; the gas cylinder is placed upside down for sampling, and the sampling coil is heated using a water bath (at 50–70 degrees Celsius; the temperature can be increased if there are more heavy components)
