How many people are needed for testing in the 100,000-ton needle coke project?
It depends on the scale of your facility; generally, 2-3 teams are sufficient.
If analysis is outsourced, it is not necessary to hire laboratory staff; just a few people to collect samples and deliver them will suffice.
If we consider only the needle coke in its finished form, oil-based needle coke has 6 parameters for use as an anode material in lithium-ion batteries before forging, 7 parameters for it after forging, 8 parameters for oil-based needle coke used in graphite electrodes after forging, and 9 parameters for coal-based needle coke. In such a case, one must decide oneself how many people are needed to handle this work.
In practice, there are 5 analysts per shift and 2 sample collectors
If it’s an existing factory adding new equipment, hiring so many people would result in too high costs, right? Why not make use of the existing laboratory staff, add one more analysis task, and simply increase their wages a bit? If it is an independent factory and there are large petrochemical plants in the vicinity, sending samples for analysis is also a good option.
3-4 people per shift for testing, 2-3 people for sampling; shifts change every 12 hours.
