1 Basic requirements for warehousing: (1) Before warehousing, a list of relevant equipment and facilities to be handed over should be prepared, and the staff must put on the necessary protective gear as specified in that list. (2) Inspection upon warehousing should take place outside the warehouse; operations should not be carried out inside the storage area. (3) Based on the data from the chemical inventory information management system or the receipt documents, verify and inspect the item’s name, specifications, quantity, packaging, container, labeling, and attachments. (4) Records should be made and filed after the acceptance is completed. 2. Contents of receipt inspection: (1) Inspection of receipt information or documents – Check the name and quantity of the items indicated in the receipt information or documents. (2) Packaging inspection – The signs, markings, and labels on the packaging of hazardous chemicals must be proper and clear; the packaging should not be damaged, damp, or contaminated. (3) Inspection of accompanying documents – The technical instructions must comply with the requirements of GB/T 16483, and a chemical safety data sheet in Chinese must be provided. 3 Handling of acceptance issues: (1) If the documents are overdue or the format or seals do not match, the documents should be replaced ； Documents with mismatched product names, numbers, specifications, and quantities can be modified by the entity that commissioned their creation; the modifications must be stamped with the entity’s official seal and signed by its responsible person. (2) Packages that are damaged, damp, or contaminated should not be stored. (3) Hazardous chemicals without a chemical safety data sheet or safety labels should not be stored in the warehouse. (4) In cases where the quantity does not match, it shall be handled based on the actual quantity received. (5) For hazardous chemicals that have exceeded their shelf life, appropriate actions shall be taken after consultation with the party responsible for storage, in accordance with the new version of GB 15603
