Fluctuation issue with Servomex DF310 analyzer

2019-12-13View Original

Thread Content

We have a DF310 analyzer for measuring trace amounts of oxygen in nitrogen; it has been showing large fluctuations recently, with sharp spikes, reaching over 160 (the normal value is around 1). Replacing the electrolyte didn’t help, and we plan to replace the sensor. Does anyone have the Chinese manual for the DF310? Please advise! Thank you

It’s likely that the working electrode needs to be polished or replaced. Additionally, interference may be caused by electrical signals present at the site.

Does adjusting the flow rate on your DF310 cause changes in the readings?
