The calibration mark for measuring instruments in yellow indicates the following: 1 A – Qualified; can be used. B – Unqualified; must be taken out of use. C – The testing function is qualified, but other functions are not working. D – No special meaning. C
Meters subject to mandatory verification in category C must be managed under a three-color marking system, with green, yellow, and red color markers affixed in prominent locations on them. Measuring instruments that have passed the inspection must be fitted with a green label ； Calibrated and qualified measuring instruments whose certain functions or indicators do not meet the instrument’s own requirements, but whose use can still be restricted, must be affixed with a yellow label indicating the permissible range of their usage ； Meters that fail the mandatory verification, those whose verification/calibration period has expired, or those that have been registered for suspension must be marked with a red label
C. The detection function is operational, while other functions are non-functional
