We are planning to build a project for producing ethylene through pyrolysis. Such ethylene projects require economic and technical analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary planning and design, as well as environmental impact assessments. If there is no qualified design institute involved and reliance is placed only on discussions online, it is like trying to catch fish by climbing a tree. Don’t come in and talk about tasks that only those in charge of managing hundreds of millions in funds, or the project leaders at design firms, can handle.
