The general steps for blending oils are as follows: ① Analyze the various parameters of the base oils (hydrogenated gasoline, hydrogenated diesel)； ②Based on the **standards** for gasoline and diesel, identify the unacceptable parameters, which mainly include the octane rating and evaporation index for gasoline, as well as the cetane number, freezing point, lubricity, and flash point for diesel ； ③Based on the defects in the oil product, appropriate blending components are selected, which generally include octane boosters, MTBE, MMT, mixed aromatics, diesel pour point depressants, anti-wear agents, and cetane index improvers ； ④Lab-scale samples were prepared to determine the optimal mixing ratio of additives, and upon testing, the quality of these samples was found to be satisfactory ； ⑤Mix the various components in the blending tank in a harmonious ratio to ensure uniformity ； ⑥Sampling from the upper, middle, and lower sections of the tank area is used to test the uniformity of the blended oil as well as various parameters of the oil.
