The injection blow-molded polyethylene product TB-5610Y, independently developed by Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yueneng Chemical Company, has passed the tests according to relevant industry standards, showing excellent performance in all aspects and thus being fully capable of meeting the requirements of downstream users. This product fills the gap in domestic specialized small and medium-sized hollow products for injection blow molding. The TB-5610Y product is a specialized item developed and produced specifically for advanced downstream injection blow molding processes; the first batch of this product was produced at the HDPE plant on May 28th. The TB-5610Y product is a specialized material for the secondary molding of small to medium-sized hollow items via injection blow molding. It is suitable for this manufacturing process and features dual advantages: optimized product performance and high safety. The containers produced with this material have high precision in terms of neck and thread dimensions, excellent sealing properties, and no seams. Coal-to-ethylene glycol projects such as the 300,000-ton/year coal-to-ethylene glycol project of Shaanxi Weihe Binzhou Chemical Co., Ltd. under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Weihe Group, the 400,000-ton/year syngas-to-ethylene glycol project of Shenhua Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd., and the 300,000-ton/year coal-to-ethylene glycol with co-production of high-end chemicals project signed by Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Yuyang District, are either in the planning stage or under construction.
