On October 10, Shanghai Jinjinfu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. The Jinjinfu new materials production base project will be located in Carbon Valley Green Bay. The total investment for this project is 1.0137 billion yuan, and it is planned to produce products such as fluorine-free adhesives, electronic binders, and thermal management coolants. Once completed and operational, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 3.5 billion yuan. It is reported that the introduction of the Jinjinfu new materials production base project is an important achievement of Shanghai Jinshan District and the Carbon Valley Green Bay Industrial Park in terms of targeted investment attraction, revitalizing existing assets, and attracting investments along the industrial chain. Shanghai Jinjinfu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to expanding its business in the field of new materials technology. Its main products include aerogels, fluorine-free adhesives, high-end electronic adhesives, thermal management coolants, and graphene, which are primarily used in new energy power batteries, consumer electronics, photovoltaic backsheet films, and electronic electrical components. At the signing ceremony, Lu Yin, head of the New Materials Department at the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, said that Jinjinfu’s decision to establish itself in Jinshan and develop its operations in the Carbon Valley Green Bay area is not only an acknowledgment by the company of Shanghai’s investment environment and development potential, but also a sign of trust and support for Shanghai’s efforts to pursue a \"north-south transformation\" strategy, to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the manufacturing sector, and to achieve high-quality development. As Jinshan District attracts a variety of high-tech industries such as Toyota Lexus, Alibaba Cloud data centers, and drone industry clusters, battery materials play a crucial role in the future of energy storage.
