Our plant recently switched to natural gas after replacing the molecular sieve. The dehydration effect is very poor; the dew point is only around -60, which severely affects production. Three-tower dehydration ( Towers A and B for adsorption, Tower C as a regeneration gas drying tower); the molecular sieves used are 13X and 3A. The upper sections of Towers A and B contain 3A molecular sieve, while the lower sections contain 13X molecular sieve. Tower C is entirely made of 3A molecular sieve. Currently, towers A and B are being heated to 200 degrees and moisture is still coming out; I’m not sure what the reason is.
