I would like to ask the experts: do companies that manufacture flanges for pressure testing heat exchangers (tools and equipment) need a license for manufacturing special equipment (pressure vessels), or licenses related to pressure pipeline components? Or is it possible to operate without such qualifications?
For a hydraulic test, given that the medium itself is of that category, why go through such complicated procedures? The prosthetic device can be designed and manufactured at 150. Apparatus, pressure process control, safety measures for pressure tests – multiple layers of oversight!
