Did your facility stop operating due to the pandemic?
I guess most companies haven’t stopped
The operating rate of the petroleum and petrochemical industry is 97%, for state-owned enterprises
It can reach such a high altitude. There are few vehicles for transportation these days, and it must be difficult to sell the gasoline and diesel that is produced
We started reducing production from the second day of the first lunar month, and managed to hold on until the 20th of the same month before we could no longer continue. Now the plants have stopped operating :(
But the operational rate of private enterprises is less than 50%
It didn’t stop; the minimum processing volume was 60%
Many local refineries were shut down, but now most of them have resumed operations
It never stops: those on annual leave go home for the New Year, but they’re not allowed to return during the pandemic; those who don’t take leave continue working, as the equipment keeps running non-stop.
