PSA experiences frequent voltage surges; seeking advice

The PSA pressure swing adsorption unit in our factory； Frequent series voltage drop ； And strangely, it’s all 4-valve series pressure ； Basically, over the first half of the year, all 4 valves in the entire system were checked one by one! Other valves have never appeared! Seeking advice from experts!
It is possible to remove a tower that is under high backpressure in order to check whether the valve sealing surfaces are damaged. Another possibility is that there is a problem with the programming; this can only be analyzed by looking at the PSA trends.
