Recently, Henan Shenma Hydrogen Chemistry Co., Ltd. held a mobilization meeting for the 100-day campaign to achieve its goals in 2023, setting a target of completing the mechanical construction by July 13th; this marks the entry of the company’s hydrogen and ammonia project construction into its final phase. It is understood that the hydrogen-ammonia project under construction by this company has a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan; work on it began in November 2020. It was designated as a key construction project in Henan Province for that year, as well as a strategic industrial cluster bank-enterprise cooperation project for 2020. It serves as a supporting project for major initiatives in the “China Nylon City” such as those involving 1 million tons of caprolactam and 600,000 tons of adipic acid. Once operational, it will enable the local production of key raw materials for the nylon industry, thereby reducing the costs associated with purchasing these chemical raw materials. Shenma Shares will also be able to pursue a broader level of vertical integration, extending the nylon 66 industry chain to the upstream segment of basic raw materials, thereby further enhancing the advantages of its entire industrial chain. At present, the project has entered the stage of equipment installation and commissioning. The air separation unit is the first unit to be put into operation in this project, and it can supply oxygen, nitrogen, and other gases to other units. The three main units of the air separation unit were manufactured by external manufacturers, a process that took a considerable amount of time. To ensure timely completion, the company assigned dedicated personnel to supervise the manufacturing process at the factories for nearly 20 days, urging them to work overtime to speed up production. As a result, all three main units of the air separation unit were installed on site on schedule. To ensure the smooth progress of power reception work, the company’s project team organized special inspections in advance with all relevant parties involved. The Electrical Department organized personnel to conduct a thorough inspection of the primary and secondary equipment in the substation, refined the power-on procedures, and improved the emergency response plans. Recently, the power supply procedures for the 10KV substations were carried out in sequence, laying the foundation for a successful power supply. Once this is achieved, it will provide a reliable power supply for tasks such as powering the various substations, purging pipelines of various devices, testing pumps and motors, and calibrating instruments. During the process piping phase, the number of workers on site for the project remained at around 2,000 per day. The workers in the company’s power workshop are divided into two teams that work simultaneously, thereby ensuring maximum progress in the construction. Cleaning of the pipes has already begun to prepare for the purging operations to be carried out next. To uphold the value philosophy that \"happiness comes from hard work, quality and efficiency are achieved through effort, and wages are earned through labor,\" the company also adopts a \"betting\" approach, based on the direct relevance of each department’s tasks to project development as well as the level of workload involved. With the completion date of the project’s construction as the goal, the company enters into reward and penalty agreements with department heads under different criteria, thereby motivating all employees to overcome all difficulties and ensure that the project is completed and put into operation as soon as possible. “The project construction has entered a crucial phase of finalization.
