The MTO unit was started successfully for the first time. At 15:45 on April 19, upon the command from the control room to open the methanol feed valve, the MTO unit at Zhongyuan Petrochemical was officially put into operation. At 16:53, the separation unit completed its operations successfully and started producing gas; on the 20th at 00:00, the ethylene product met the required standards, and at 02:40 the propylene product also met the standards. This marked a successful first start-up of the MTO plant, 28 hours ahead of the original schedule. Currently, the MTO unit is operating at full capacity, with all process parameters optimized and functioning normally.
