On September 1, it was learned from the Lanzhou Petrochemical Quality Inspection Center that the mPE1012 particles of metallocene polyethylene, the first batch produced by the company’s 300,000 tons per year full-density polyethylene plant, met all the specified quality standards, marking the addition of a new member to the company’s range of metallocene polyethylene products.   The production of metallocene polyethylene is very difficult due to the stringent requirements and extreme sensitivity to impurities. The R&D team for metallocene polyethylene production at Lanzhou Petrochemical has systematically reviewed and conducted in-depth analysis of all the key process parameters related to this grade of product. It has identified potential risk points that may arise during the switch to another product grade, and has prepared detailed emergency response plans and optimization strategies in advance to ensure that the transition process remains under control.   During this process of switching to new production, Lanzhou Petrochemical made full use of the \"Polyolefin Technology Leadership Studio,\" with experienced technical experts providing guidance throughout the entire production process. This ensured that production remained stable and under control, key parameters were monitored in real time, and process parameters were optimized dynamically to guarantee that the product quality met standards.
