Patent Abstract: The present invention provides a hydrodeolefination catalyst for reformed oil, which uses alumina as a carrier on which molecular sieves and active components are loaded. The active components include Ni and auxiliary metals, with the auxiliary metals being at least one selected from Mo, Co, and W. Based on the total weight of the catalyst, the molecular sieves account for 1–12%, Ni constitutes 5–20%, and the auxiliary metals make up 1–10% in terms of their elemental form; the molecular sieves are deposited on the outer surface of the catalyst. The catalyst is obtained by first impregnating the support alumina with a solution containing organic additives and metal salt additives, drying and calcining it in an inert atmosphere, then loading nickel and drying and calcining it again in an inert atmosphere, followed by the introduction of a molecular sieve and a reduction treatment. The higher utilization rate of molecular sieves in the catalyst facilitates the full exploitation of their ability to adsorb olefins and supply H protons, thereby enhancing the hydrogenation activity of the catalyst ； Compared with preparing the carrier by kneading it with molecular sieve and alumina powder, this method improves the utilization rate of the molecular sieve and reduces its amount required, thereby lowering the cost of the catalyst. Since the beginning of this year, Sinopec has obtained 2,916 new patent approvals, a decrease of 27.17% compared to the same period last year. Based on the company’s financial figures for the first half of 2025, the company invested 6.186 billion yuan in research and development during this period, representing a 3.05% increase compared to the previous year.
