According to the official website of the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen, the first specialized park for high-end electronic chemicals in the city – the Shenshan High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park – has accelerated its construction progress. Over the course of two days, 4 industrial projects were launched, and 4 projects in the field of electronic chemicals were signed for establishment. On November 3, construction commenced on 4 industrial projects and 3 supporting facilities projects in the Shenshan High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park; another 2 supporting projects were also brought online at the same time, marking a phase of accelerated development for the park. The industrial projects that are starting construction on a large scale this time include strategic emerging industries such as high-end manufacturing and new semiconductor materials. Among them, the polyimide new material industrial park project, funded by Shenzhen Ruihuatai Applied Materials Technology Co., Ltd., has a total investment of 1 billion yuan; it is expected to be completed by August 2027 and enter the stage of equipment debugging and trial production. On November 4, 2025, the Shenzhen-Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone Industry Investment Promotion Conference was held. Four projects in the field of electronic chemicals were signed to be established in the Shenshan High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park, covering areas such as wet electronic chemicals, polishing agents, and bio-based electronic chemicals. At the meeting, the overall plan for the Shenshan High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park was officially released. The park focuses on the “5+3+X” industrial framework, emphasizing the development of five types of semiconductor materials such as photoresists, electronic specialty gases, and wet electronic chemicals, as well as three types of high-end new chemical materials including electrolyte raw materials and high-performance resins. It also plans to introduce a variety of cutting-edge new materials in the future, with a composite materials industrial park being developed in the surrounding area. It is reported that the Shenshan High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park was officially designated in September 2023, and construction began on December 19, 2024. It is understood that the \"Overall Plan for the Shenshan High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park\" was approved in mid-September this year, providing a systematic plan for the industrial layout, spatial structure, and infrastructure development of the park. The park’s space is divided into three functional areas: manufacturing, supporting services, and research and innovation, thereby facilitating efficient allocation of resources and industrial collaboration to create an integrated R&D and production ecosystem.
