The material entering the product purification and distillation section of the alkylation unit contains water, and the dewatering effect of the coalescer is poor. What should be done? Thank you
There are mainly two issues resulting in poor performance: 1. The dewatering capacity of the coalescer has decreased； 2. The amount of water entrained in the reaction products increases (this can be addressed by adjusting the water washing flow rate).
1. Increase the frequency of water drainage from the raw material tank and the isobutane reflux tank. 2. Lower the liquid level of the water in the reflux tank in the refining system.
