Allowable stress of Q355D/E (GB/T9948-2025) material

According to Table B.1 in Appendix B.1 of GB/T20801.1-2025, the Q355D material is not listed, yet this material is used frequently. Now the pipes need to be inspected; the calculation sheet doesn’t specify the allowable stress. It’s so frustrating! What is the allowable stress for this material, and what is it at each temperature range? (Don’t those who set these standards communicate with each other?) Which part of this standard has changed again? It’s such nonsense.)
GB/T20801.1-2025 retains GC3 as previously decided by the authorities, under the pretext of \"classification without regulation\" (it seems that the authorities previously eliminated GC3 and incorporated it into GC2)； So, according to GB/T20801.1-2025, will the number of pressure pipelines that need to be reported and monitored decrease, thereby reducing safety risks?
