Shutdown of ion liquid alkylation process: 1. In the raw material preprocessing section, first stop the feed; once the liquid level in the raw material tank is empty, shut down the raw material pump. At the same time, reduce the temperature at the bottom of the light hydrocarbon removal tower and turn off the hydrogen supply. When the liquid level at the bottom of the tower falls below 10% of the total level, close the control valve feeding into the reactor; also ensure that the manual valve is closed on site. 2. Remove the ionic liquid: Use the material return line to send material back to the ionic liquid regeneration section (since the flow rate of this line is relatively low, this task can be carried out in advance). When removing the ionic liquid, it is necessary to monitor the reactor temperature (it should be kept above 10 degrees; a higher temperature facilitates the flow of the ionic liquid). Therefore, while removing the ionic liquid, the reverse flow mechanism of the compressor should be activated. At the end of the ion liquid removal process, pay attention to the separation efficiency achieved through centrifugation. 3. Shut down the refrigeration compressor following the standard shutdown procedures (pay attention to the switching between dry gas seals and nitrogen). 4. Remove hydrocarbons from the reaction system (this process is relatively complex and needs to be determined based on individual process requirements). 5. Remove hydrocarbons through alkaline washing and water washing. 6. Remove hydrocarbons in the purification stage (using the standard shutdown and material removal procedures)
