Its core \"power source\" – a set of air separation units of 110,000 capacity, the largest of their kind in any single plant, provided by Hangyang Group – has been running steadily for over 4,800 hours! Experts unanimously agree that this project has set new industry records in terms of production capacity, construction time, equipment replacement, and energy consumption costs. Its technological level is far ahead of that in the international arena, serving as a model that can be used as a reference for achieving a deep integration of large-scale operations with industrialization in the coal chemical industry. As an indispensable \"lungs of industry\" for the project, the 6 sets of extra-large air separation units of 110,000 capacity provided by Hangyang represent the largest in scale and highest in domestic production rate among the air separation units currently in operation in China. From October 2024 to March 2025, six 110,000-ton-class air separation units were brought online one after another to produce oxygen, supporting the steady operation of the world’s largest olefin plant and large-scale green hydrogen-based olefin production projects. In projects of similar scale, the \"Hangyang solution\" has set a new benchmark for efficiency in the industry, thanks to its significant advantages of short design and manufacturing cycles, high degree of localization, and top-tier technical standards.
