During the operation of the compressor, the packing suddenly started to smoke heavily; please provide an analysis.

1. The packing is compressed too tightly, which is common after replacing the packing. 2. The cooling water to the stuffing box has been interrupted. 3. For models with low-oil lubrication, is the lubricating oil supply interrupted here?
Such a familiar scene! Use a temperature gun to check what the temperature of the piston rod is What is the temperature of the filler gland? Is this the fourth and fifth sections of level 5 compression? The pressure here is not 220; it’s only four stages of pressure.
The temperature of the piston rod of the thermometer is around 70°; it’s still smoking. If it’s left alone for a night, it shouldn’t catch fire – would the packing be the issue?
What is the temperature at similar positions of the other piston rods? Why does it seem like there’s also “smoke” in the in vitro environment?
It’s likely that the filler is pressed too tightly; sometimes just grinding it will fix the issue
This scene looks so shocking! However, judging from the piston rod temperature, it is not caused by a cold water supply interruption or overly tight packing. Is oil injected into the cylinder block? Could it be that the amount of oil injected is too large? Judging from the picture, what is the purpose of connecting the oil pot above? How is the compressor that uses carbon dioxide connected to the tank? The cylinder body is so dirty – could it be that the oil scraper is leaking, causing lubricant to get into it?
