Hydrogen compressor: Design capacity: 950 Nm3/hr; Design pressure: 850 KPa; Design temperature: 60°C. 2. Hydrogen chloride compressor: Design capacity: 1070 Nm3/hr; Design pressure: 980 KPa; Design temperature: 80°C. Based on past experience, piston reciprocating compressors have been preliminarily selected for these two units. I’m not sure if any of the sea enthusiasts are familiar with any good domestic compressor manufacturers; please feel free to recommend a few. If there are any promotional materials provided by manufacturers, please send them to the email address: *lihuagong@163.com @FortunatelyYouAreHere @leo_0088 @*nht1 @arpcd @FishInTheDesert @KeepRunning @PlainSand @68ZCW @leo_0088 @2887848 @gu*nchun888 @HighEndAndElegant
The following manufacturers (Shenmu, Shanghai Dalong, Weifang Shengjian, Yuanda, Anrico) have inquired, but due to their smaller machine models, no suitable options are available. Does anyone else have any other reliable ones?
Shenmu should have something corresponding. That’s what we use
I’ll ask our hydrogen compressor manufacturer if they can do it. What about the intake pressure and exhaust pressure?
Hydrogen inlet pressure: 650 KPa, exhaust pressure: 950 KPa; Hydrogen chloride inlet pressure: 10 KPa, exhaust pressure: 980 KPa
Our company is capable of doing it; Zhejiang Qiangsheng Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd
Wuxi Compressor Factory and Shenyang Shenyuan’s ones work too!
It’s difficult to choose compressors for low-pressure hydrogen, as hydrogen is too light and prone to leakage! I used a diaphragm compressor, from Hautton! But it is a high-pressure outlet of 4.2 MPAG. Diaphragm compressors are leak-resistant for hydrogen and are safe and reliable. It’s just something I’ve used myself, for reference only.
Small-scale models: Shaanxi Blower and Shenyang Blower generally don’t produce them, while Zhejiang Qiangsheng does offer a decent option. I would like to clarify that I am not from Zhejiang Qiangsheng; I work in the field of heat exchangers and have business relationships with several compressor manufacturers.
