Coking in the gearbox of Ingersoll Rand screw air compressors leads to self-priming

Currently, after opening the gearbox, the motor side allows the shaft to rotate, but the second-stage gear on the machine head does not rotate; the first-stage rotor rotates normally. The inside of the gearbox is completely clogged and stuck. The oil used is full-synthetic, and the machine stopped operating after less than a year of use; it stopped on its own during operation
If the secondary shaft doesn’t rotate, it’s possible that the secondary rotor has seized or something similar.
Consider whether the oil is of good quality, the filtering effect at the compressor inlet, and the exhaust temperature during operation
It’s currently under testing; switching from Total to Shell, and no cleaner was used during the oil change
