Why does the pressure only reach 30 bar when both the large and small circuits of the three Roots blowers are closed, whereas it used to reach 40 bar? I hope experts in this field can help analyze this issue
Rotary vane blowers belong to the category of positive displacement fans; their rotation speed remains constant. The lower the load (i.e., the amount of air required), the higher the outlet pressure. It is strictly prohibited to close the outlet valve completely during operation. The so-called method you used to increase pressure is incorrect; therefore, a decrease in outlet pressure simply indicates an increase in the amount of air demanded by the external system.
