For reciprocating machines, what causes excessive vibration in the machine body?

The backup reciprocating machine generates about 0.2 more vibration during operation compared to before; the vibration level of the machine’s frame was around 2.6 before it was shut down last time, while it is now around 2.9. The sound is normal. I would appreciate it if experts could tell me what’s going on.
Check the alignment of the unit; if it has been running for a long time, the gaps between various components may have increased, so replace those parts.
For any type of reciprocating compressor, this vibration is considered low; such a small deviation is likely due to slight differences in the load during the two operations, and it has little impact. As long as it doesn’t keep rising, that’s fine.
