Why is the PLAN11 flushing scheme not recommended for vertical pumps?

I would like to ask my colleagues why vertical pumps generally use the Plan 13 or 14 flushing schemes, and why the Plan 11 scheme is not recommended? Thank you!
Personal opinion: Plan11 is the standard self-cleaning scheme, or rather, the standard self-cleaning scheme for horizontal pumps. Plans 13 or 14 involve a circulation in which the medium flows directly from the sealing chamber to the pump inlet; this is the standard cleaning scheme for vertical pumps.
The combination of floors 1 and 2 is the answer. When the inlet pressure of a vertical pump is low or even negative, using PLAN13 or 14 (13+11) helps the gas inside the cylinder to flow back along the sealing inlet pipeline or to the upstream container
