Currently, there is a 1,600-meter-long DN63 pipeline for the co-transportation of oil, gas, and water (light petroleum with a specific gravity of 0.87). The flow rate is 3–4 m/h; however, due to low pressure, the medium can only flow up to 800 meters along the pipeline. What should be done about the remaining 800 meters? As for the issue of dry grinding over time, the problem lies not in the pump but rather in the mechanical seal; as long as a stable external flushing system is used, there will be no issues!
External flushing? I really don’t understand these things. Could you please recommend a pump based on my operating conditions? It just needs to be easy to use. Thank you

As long as you tell them the operating conditions you have in mind when placing the order, there will be no problem; the manufacturer will produce it according to your requirements!
It’s still best to turn to the pump manufacturer for model selection – let professionals handle professional tasks
