Help check if this is a failure of PLAN53B

The high-pressure pump inside the unit (inlet 0.5 MPa, outlet 10 MPa) is sealed using PLAN23+PLAN53B seals. The backup pump has been repaired, and all the white oil in PLAN53B has been used up. We are now starting to fill it with white oil (the pump currently contains no fluid, and the pressure is 0 gauge pressure). Five barrels of white oil have been added, yet the pressure in PLAN53B still doesn’t rise (usually, 2 barrels are enough to reach 1.0 MPa). Later, ignoring him, the pump was filled with the medium to a pressure of (0.5 MPa), and the pressure on the PLAN53B immediately rose to match the pressure inside the pump. . Does this phenomenon indicate that Plan53B has failed and there is a seal leak? ?
It’s likely that the seal, as measured by the medium, has failed; empty the medium from within the pump, add some oil to the tank, and open the plug or valve at the drain port of the pump to see if any white oil comes out – this makes it easy to determine the issue.
