The compressor head of the freezer – the gear in the picture cannot be removed. Please advise, experts
It was overheated; the jacking tool was also tried, and the 8.8 grade bolts were deformed due to tension
Was the jacking tool made by yourself? Should I put a jack in the middle? Try pulling it while baking to see if that works
The tooling was provided by the manufacturer; since this compressor head has been in use for several years, it is difficult to disassemble. It’s not a jack that’s used; bolts are used instead. If it is heated, the shaft also gets hot, and it still cannot be pulled out
This definitely won’t work; I guess during operation the shaft and gears shifted relative to each other, causing the head to lock up. Now they must be locked in a struggle between each other
