I’ve researched a lot and learned about the process flow of refrigerated dryers, but there are still some issues that confuse me. 1. What pressure does the condensation pressure refer to? I’ve looked up many resources on refrigeration, and it is said that the condensation pressure is related to the temperature of the cooling water. 2. How should I understand the high-pressure and low-pressure values of the refrigerant in a refrigerated dryer, as well as the overload alarm? The cold dryer has a refrigerant compressor equipped with two pressure gauges: the one on top measures the high pressure of the refrigerant, while the one at the bottom measures its low pressure. Know it exists, but don’t know its function? Is the overload alarm also a problem related to the processing capacity? Could a Haiyou help analyze this? Thank you so much! 3. Which part is cooled by the cooling water? Is a water-cooled cooler of the shell-and-tube type? Is it used to cool the refrigerant Freon 4? There is both Freon 4 and compressed air in the evaporator – so which one does the evaporation and heat absorption? In my understanding, the lower the pressure, the easier it is for something to evaporate, and the more heat it can absorb. Does moisture in the air absorb heat through evaporation?
