I’m seeking help from the experts here. There’s a Turbine made by Qingdao Jieneng in the workshop, and the breather cap on its bearing housing keeps spraying oil out. Adjusting the negative pressure value of the oil tank didn’t have much effect. Could anyone help me figure out what’s causing this problem? ?

The shaft seal is leaking a bit, so I connected an exhaust pipe to direct the air away, preventing the leaking steam from entering the bearing box. The breathing tube has been raised by 500mm, but oil is still leaking! ! Are there any other reasons?
It is likely that the shaft seal is leaking, causing the lubricant temperature to rise and leading to boiling.
Is the oil return volume too high? Check whether the oil return sight glass is nearly full. Another possibility is that air is leaking from the turbine’s air seal; in that case, you can adjust the negative pressure of the air seal or try using nitrogen to create a barrier.

I’m not sure what method is being used to create negative pressure in your case; for example, an exhaust fan inside the bearing box might be used. It’s possible that the high level of negative pressure causes foam to form in the bearing box. As for the negative pressure in the oil tank, check whether the oil level is too high, as this could block the air passage in the return oil pipe (1/3 of the pipe’s cross-section is occupied by oil, while 2/3 is occupied by oil vapor). Also, inspect the equipment from the exhaust fan to the exhaust pipe to ensure there are no blockages.
High oil temperature, severe disturbances. There is now a recycling device. It seems to be produced by Shengda in Xinxiang, Henan; it is environmentally friendly and saves fuel.
