Well, it depends on how high your silo is located. If the height difference isn’t too great, a screw conveyor (Jiaolong) with variable frequency control can be used
1. First of all, the powder means you can’t use so-called exposed devices; otherwise, the powder will definitely fly everywhere； 2. If you need to control the speed as well as have a storage bin, I think the most cost-effective option is to use a vacuum feeder driven by a vortex air pump
The materials are transported from the first floor to the silos on the fourth floor; the total height is probably around 20 meters. It’s best for the powder not to be exposed
It is transported using gas, with a rotary valve installed at the front; this is the method used in PTA plants as well
