It is recommended to install a filter at the inlet of the bearing bush; an alarm will be triggered when the oil pressure rises, which facilitates monitoring and cleaning, and also ensures that the incoming oil is clean!

Oil leakage usually occurs along with the use of filter elements; it is best to install 100-mesh or 120-mesh oil leakage filters at each oil inlet flange of the unit. Install a temporary filter with a mesh size of 100-120 on the return oil main pipe; assign 2 personnel, one to start and stop the pump and the other to monitor the site, especially the return oil sight glass at the lowest liquid level. The station filter was taken away along with it, as was the filter at the oil pump inlet. 2. Start the pump; once the fluid level in the return oil sight glass at the lowest position is almost full, stop the pump immediately to clean the temporary filter screen. 3. Repeat step 2; initially, the liquid level will be full in 10 minutes, but this time will gradually increase over time. 4. If the time required for the return oil line to become filled with liquid increases, a hammer can be used to strike the return oil pipe in order to shake out the impurities. 5. It is qualified when there are no hard impurities on the temporary filter screen. Then replace the lubricating oil filter element.
