Its various performance indicators reached international advanced levels, marking a new milestone in the technology used for separating suspensions in polyethylene raw materials. This LWF-1000 model of polyethylene centrifuge has a drum diameter of 1000 millimeters, with a length-to-diameter ratio of 2.5; it is the first polyethylene centrifuge of large diameter and high length-to-diameter ratio in China to date. During its development, Jilin Machinery Branch carried out comprehensive technical optimizations and successfully manufactured the LWF-1000 polyethylene centrifuge, which features 5 innovations and 4 patents. The LWF-1000 polyethylene centrifuge revised the traditional centrifugal separation sedimentation model for the first time, proposing a \"critical particle size for floating\" model ; The floating critical theory was applied for the first time, and specialized software was used to analyze the flow field in the centrifuge ; The prototype design has been comprehensively optimized in terms of overall layout ; Based on centrifuge design, a skid-mounted centrifuge testing platform was developed in China for the first time, suitable for testing the separation performance of various materials ; For the first time, automation control system and real-time monitoring and early warning system technologies were installed on the centrifuge. The successful development of the LWF-1000 polyethylene centrifuge has enabled the group company to reach a leading level in China and an advanced level worldwide in terms of technology related to the design and manufacturing of polyethylene centrifuges. It can fully replace foreign equipment, providing a complete set of technologies for design, manufacturing, and inspection.
