High-coke oven mixed gas with an inlet pressure of 8 kPa, an outlet pressure of 0.85 bar, a flow rate of 15,000 Nm3/h, and a calorific value of 1,800 kcal/Nm3 (density of 1.1 kg/Nm3). The client requires a three-lobe Roots blower. After researching a lot of information, it turned out that the three-blade Roots blower cannot meet the requirements. Some manufacturers say that two-blade Roots blowers can meet the requirements; those with experience, please help. Thank you!
Three leaves are better than two; ask around more. What’s the temperature? The acid flow rate, and see how large the machine is. It’s hard to choose a fan – high pressure ratio, low flow rate, and there are also particles. If none are available, consider high-speed centrifugal fans or screw fans.

We have used two-blade models; the waste gas from coking plants is transported using two-blade Roots blowers. The RM series from Changsha Blower Factory is used
