The nozzles of the granulator get clogged frequently; once they do, granulation must be stopped, which affects production.
Is there a filter in front of the granulator? It is recommended to clean the filter
There is a filter; it’s likely that the condensate has fallen off and evaporated, but this is not easy to resolve
Is it because there’s a lot of urea clumping? How often do you clean the bed?
There are quite a lot of condensates after the first and second steaming; even washing it daily doesn’t help
Dicyandiamide? Be careful to control the temperature of the urine; it’s not the case that the higher the temperature, the better
What is blocking the nozzle? Iron shavings? Or a condensate? Or something else? Was formaldehyde still added? Or formaldehyde glue, urea-formaldehyde glue?
